By accessing or using CompleRent's rental property management platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CompleRent. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

2. Description of Services

CompleRent provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables property owners to:

• Accept and manage bookings from guests
• Process payments and invoicing
• Manage calendars and availability
• Host a professional website with a custom domain
• Communicate with guests

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

By submitting content, you grant CompleRent a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to Your Content
• Your Content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your Content is accurate and not misleading
• Your Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Our Intellectual Property

The CompleRent platform, including its software, design, features, and documentation, is owned by CompleRent and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our prior written consent.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Subscription Fees

Access to our Services requires payment of subscription fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are:

• Quoted in the currency specified at the time of purchase
• Due in advance for the subscription period
• Non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

7. Domain Registration and Hosting

7.1 Domain Services

If you use our domain registration services:

• Domain registration is subject to availability and applicable registry policies
• You are responsible for providing accurate registrant information
• Domain renewal fees are separate from subscription fees
• Domain transfers may be subject to restrictions and fees

7.2 Hosting Services

We provide hosting services as part of your subscription. We maintain reasonable measures to ensure uptime and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Guest Bookings and Transactions

CompleRent facilitates bookings between property owners and guests. You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the rental agreements with your guests
• CompleRent is not a party to any rental transaction
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable rental laws and regulations
• You must maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your properties
• You are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPLERENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CompleRent and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your Content or property listings
• Any disputes between you and your guests

12. Term and Termination

12.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.

12.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.

12.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms or our policies
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Pose a security risk to our platform or users

12.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Services will be immediately revoked
• Your website and custom domain will be deactivated
• We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for data export
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on our website
• Sending an email to your registered address
• Displaying a notice within the platform

Your continued use of the Services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through:
